I havenapos;t been counting calories lately and just been trying to eat the foods I know I should be eating. I have never been able to lose weight without counting calories so I donapos;t know how I thought I could do it this time. Of course I ate things I shouldnapos;t be eating because I wasnapos;t really aware of how much I was eating. So I am starting back up on DietPower today and want to get down to 165 by Christmas. Iapos;m hoping to get down to maybe 160 but at least 165.

I WILL get back on track.
